You may pre-register to the 13th International Anti - Corruption Conference on line, by fax, by mail or by e-mail from the 17th of March 2008.
A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you within two (2) working days after having received both the Registration Form and the payment. Should you not receive this letter, please contact the Conference Organiser.

After 15 October, registrations can only be made on-site at the Conference Secretariat which will be operating at the Conference Venue at the following days:

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
You may pre-register for the 13th International Anti - Corruption Conference by forwarding the Registration Form and your payment to the Conference Organiser following the deadlines outlined in the above table. From 15 October and onwards, registrations will be accepted only at the Conference Secretariat operating in the Conference Venue.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- For written cancellations or substitutions* received prior to 30 September an administrative fee of € 30 will be charged.
- There is no refund for cancellations or substitutions received after 30 September.
- All refunds will be processed one (1) month after the conclusion of the Conference.
* A Registration Form duly filled in, is required for the replacing delegate.

You can pay for your registration fee by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex*).
Personal checks are not accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS
All registered participants are requested to check their registration status and personal information on file, especially their registration number. Please remember to bring your Confirmation Registration Letter!
If registered participants fail to bring the registration confirmation letter to verify their status, any proof of registration fee payment can be used to confirm registration.
Each participant of the 13th International Anti-corruption Conference must personally check in at the appropriate Registration Desk to pick up a Personal Packet (including their Name Badge and Conference Bag) before attending any Plenary Sessions, Workshops, or Events. On-site check- in will be arranged according to your last name.
"The Organisers of the 13th IACC reserve the right at any time to change the programme or to cancel or postpone the conference. In the event of cancellation or postponement, their liability is limited to refunding any registration fee already paid. The organisers will notify registered participants at the address shown on their registration form of any decision to cancel or postpone. The organisers strongly recommend attendees take out their own insurance against any losses arising from cancellation or postponement of the conference or the inability of a participant to attend for any reason whatsoever, and they accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by any participant or accompanying person or other person whatsoever."
It should be noted that the data given in this form will not be disclosed to any third parties who are not directly involved in the organisation of the conference.
