ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

A number of rooms have been arranged for delegates with physical disabilities. For further information please contact the Hospitality Department at hotels@13iacc.org

Standard check-in time: 14.00 hrs, Standard check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
In case you would like to check-in earlier and/or check-out later than the standard hours, you may do so upon request and depending on the hotel availability. Please bear in mind that there will be an extra charge based on the actual time of check out.

Accommodation Booking

Accommodation will be offered on a "first-come first-served" basis. Since central hotels will be the first ones to be booked, please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

• All bookings for rooms require payment of one night's rate as deposit.
• Within five (5) days after having received your accommodation booking and your deposit, the PCO will send you an informative letter regarding your hotel booking status with the balance due (to be paid on 12 September 2008).
• The Congress Secretariat will charge your credit card with the balance due on 12 September 2008 without further notice.
• Within five (5) days after having received the remaining amount for accommodation, the PCO will send you the hotel voucher.

• All hotel bookings are considered valid only upon full payment of the room and receipt of the hotel voucher.
• There is a minimum stay of 4 nights for all hotels between 29 October and
  3 November, 2008. For any special requirements, please contact the PCO for further assistance (email: hotels@13iacc.org)

CANCELLATION POLICY

ACCOMMODATION

• Written cancellations received prior to 31 July 2008 will receive full refund minus €50 administrative fee.
• Written cancellations received between 1 August and 30 September 2008 will be charged with one night stay.
• There is no refund for cancellations received after 30 September 2008.
• Substitutions regarding accommodation will be accepted until 30 September 2008 at a €50 administrative fee. In this case, a new accommodation form duly filled in, is required and must be sent to the ProfessionalCongress Organiser (PCO).
• No substitutions will be accepted after 01 October 2008.
• All refunds will be processed one month following the conclusion of the Conference.

Notes:

NON ARRIVAL will result in the release of the reservation by the hotel and no refunds will be made.

LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE (based on the dates of the confirmed booking) will result in the charge of the total accommodation amount and no refunds will be made.

Shuttle bus service from the Official Conference Hotels to the Conference venue and vice-versa will be available to all participants who will book their accommodation through the PCO during the Conference period (30 October to 2 November 2008).Time schedule will be announced on site (to both the Conference venue and Official Conference Hotels).
